Why Table?
During an event or on the street, tabling is one of the most effective ways to talk to people about the HCAO mission, healthcare as a human right, and single payer. Tabling lets you make an important contribution to the movement to improve health care in Oregon. Help grow our grassroots movement through:
Building Relationships by listening to people's health care stories in one-on-one conversations
Increasing Awareness of the mission and work of HCAO by sharing information
Finding supporters and volunteers to take action
Who?
A person or group familiar with the objectives and tabling procedures who supports HCAO’s mission and wants to share that mission to promote awareness and/or involvement.
Where?
Wherever you can set up a table or stand with a clipboard in a public space, at a meeting, or event.
When?
There are continuous opportunities of time and location throughout the state.
How?
It's easy for you to share information about HCAO and get people involved using resources below.
