The White House negotiated for a $35 dollar cap on insulin which has been a lifesaving change for elderly Americans and others on Medicare. Last week it announced that an additional ten medications were being added to the list of drugs that will now be negotiated under Medicare. This is a tremendous improvement, but is a scratch in the work that needs to be done to make sure that ALL Americans can access the medications that they need at an affordable price.
